Welcome to Babylon Prints. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read these carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1. Overview

 

Babylon Prints is a small business specializing in made-to-order apparel and custom printed products. All items are created individually once an order is placed. By purchasing from this store, you acknowledge that production times, color variations, and sizing differences may occur.

 

2. Order Processing

 

• All products are made to order.

• Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

• Because of this, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchase.

• Processing times may vary depending on product type and volume. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

 

3. Shipping

 

• Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier availability.

• Once your order has been shipped, Babylon Prints is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

• If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier and me directly.

 

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

Because every item is custom-made, Babylon Prints does not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify me within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Issues reported after 30 days are not eligible for review.

I’m always happy to help fix any production errors.

 

5. Accuracy of Product Images & Mockups

 

Colors, textures, and printing results may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to:

• fabric type

• dye batch variations

• normal differences in the printing process

These are standard variations for made-to-order garments.

 

6. User Responsibilities

 

By using this site or placing an order, you agree that:

• You are providing correct and complete information at checkout.

• You will review size charts before purchasing.

• You will comply with all store policies and terms.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, artwork, photos, and content on this website belong to Babylon Prints and may not be copied, reproduced, or sold without written permission.

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Babylon Prints is not liable for:

• shipping delays

• lost or stolen packages

• incorrect address entry by the customer

• damages caused after delivery

Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the order placed.
