Refund policy
At Babylon Prints, every item is made to order with care. Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, I’m here to help — just reach out to me and I’ll do my best to make things right.
Issues With Your Order
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
I always strive to send out perfect products, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I’ll work with you to fix it as quickly as possible.
Please note:
• Reports made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for review.
• In some cases I may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is custom-made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes issues related to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
If the product arrives with a manufacturing error, print defect, or is damaged in transit, please reach out, I’m always happy to help.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.
Since I begin processing orders quickly, I can only cancel orders that fall within this timeframe.
Color Disclaimer
Each shirt is printed individually, and colors may vary slightly due to:
• fabric type
• texture
• dye lot differences
• screen or display settings
• normal variations in the printing process
I work hard to represent my designs as accurately as possible, but small variations are normal. If something looks off, please message me — I’m happy to take a look!
